- Three shipping services are offered: Australia Post eParcel Standard (tracked), Australia Post eParcel Express (tracked, faster), and StarTrack Road Express. StarTrack Road Express is a standard tracked service despite the name — it is not an express option.
- Items under 22kg can ship via Australia Post eParcel (Standard or Express) or StarTrack Road Express.
- Items over 22kg ship exclusively via StarTrack.
- Items exceeding 100cm in length ship exclusively via StarTrack.
- StarTrack deliveries require a delivery note nominating a safe place to leave the parcel. If nobody is home and no delivery instructions were provided, a re-delivery fee of $45 applies.
- eParcel Express is overnight to most locations in Australia; outside major cities this can stretch to two days, and remote locations vary further.
- Estimated transit times for eParcel Standard and Road Express, in business days: VIC 1–3, NSW 2–4, SA 2–4, TAS 2–4, ACT 2–4, QLD 3–6, WA 4–8, NT 4–9.
