They provide transition points between runs, and can be touched without posing the risk of an electric shock. Additionally, they can be used with either electric fence wire or tape. Our spring gate handles hook up to an electric fence on one end via chain anchor plates, which themselves are fastened to a fence with their pinlock split bolt mount.
