Designed for the professional tree workers who work mostly on the ground, this pant offers a tough outer but is still full stretch, light and cool to wear. Lightest chainsaw trousers on the market today!

Hurricane chainsaw pants are made out of a tough and durable 4 way stretch nylon which is teflon coated. They are completely waterproof which ensures you stay dry even on the wettest of days and the damp forest floors.

Incorporated Cordura 4 way stretch knees. Durable and comfortable to wear all day long. The pants also have a Coolmax lining which makes you feel cool while working. Double layer mesh cloth means the pants are well suited for those rugged woodlands and remain durable and completely protective. Zips are also of the highest quality, made by YKK which is the worlds leader in zip manufacturers.

The Hurricane high density polyethylene safety Helmet is designed for those working with tools including chainsaws, hedge trimmers and pole saws.The helmet features 4 point padded suspension and forehad pad for added comfort as well as adjustable headband size, removeable and adjustable mesh visor for added ventilation and padded earmuffs.

PLEASE NOTE: this helmet DOES NOT have a chin strap. It is securely held in place to the user's head via an adjustable mechanism inside the helmet. SOME ASSEMBLY MIGHT BE REQUIRED.

WARRANTY OVERVIEW

Jono & Johno offers a 12-month warranty on most products.

We pride ourselves on selling good quality gear and will be fair and prompt in honouring our warranties. If you’re in trouble, we’ll help you out.

WHAT IS COVERED?

The exact warranty coverage depends on two factors:

Whether the fault is due to user error or a manufacturer defect
Whether the fault is minor or major

Minor faults caused by the user

Parts will be supplied for repair at the user's expense.

Minor faults caused by the manufacturer

Customers are expected to perform basic repairs as part of our warranty process.
Jono & Johno will provide replacement parts and instructions for simple repairs, such as installing a recoil starter.
Jono & Johno will determine whether a fault is classified as minor.
If unsure about a repair, contact us, and we’ll assist you.

Major faults caused by the manufacturer

Jono & Johno will arrange a return, refund, or replacement at our expense.
If preferred (and at our discretion), we may provide replacement parts and contribute to labour costs if you can perform the repair.

Major faults caused by the user

Where possible, parts will be supplied at the user's expense.
If the item cannot be repaired by the user, we offer repairs at our workshop at $80 AUD per hour.
The customer will need to cover return shipping costs for user-related faults.

RETURN PROCESS & SHIPPING COSTS

If you need to return your product:

In-store return: If you're near a Jono & Johno outlet, you can return the product in person. Contact us first to arrange a return authority.
Shipping return: If you are not within driving distance, we will provide a return address.
- If the fault is due to a manufacturer defect, we’ll cover return costs.
- If the fault is user-related, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULE

Some products are not covered by warranty, including:

Engines used in go-karts and stump grinders

OUT-OF-WARRANTY PRODUCTS

If your product is out of warranty and has failed despite minimal use, contact us. We may assess it on a case-by-case basis. If a manufacturer defect is identified, we aim to be fair in resolving the issue—but this is at our discretion.
