Security Policy

We take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you. Personal information may be stored both electronically on our computer system, and in hard-copy form. Firewalls, 2048 Bit v3 SSL encryption, passwords, anti-virus software and email filters act to protect all our electronic information.

 

We do not store credit card information, we securely submit credit card information to our bank for processing. 

All credit card transaction are handled within PayPal.

 

Security of Information

 

JONO & JOHNO takes reasonable steps to preserve the security of cookie and personal information in accordance with the JONO & JOHNO website Terms of Use and this Security and Privacy Statement. If your browser is suitably configured, it will advise you whether the information you are sending us will be secure (encrypted) or not secure (unencrypted). If secure transmission is indicated, JONO & JOHNO currently uses 128 bit SSL encryption.

JONO & JOHNO regularly reviews developments in security and encryption technologies. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Information Collected

 

The information that JONO & JOHNO collects about you is dependent on how you use the facilities offered by the JONO & JOHNO website.

If you have accessed Third Party websites through the JONO & JOHNO website and if those third parties collect information about you, JONO & JOHNO may also collect or have access to that information as part of our arrangements with those third parties.

Where you to access a Third Party website from the JONO & JOHNO website, cookie information, information about your preferences or other information you have provided about yourself may be shared between us and the third party. You cannot usually be identified from the information that is shared; if you can be identified from this information, we will seek your consent before sharing such information.

Advertising and Tracking

 

JONO & JOHNO may use third party online marketing software  to deliver its online advertising where JONO & JOHNO banner advertisements are placed on Third Party websites ('Advertising Company').

When you view an JONO & JOHNO advertisement on a Third Party website, the advertising company uses 'cookies' and in some cases 'web beacons' to collect information such as:

  • The server your computer is logged onto.

  • Your browser type.

  • The date and time of your visit.

  • The performance of their marketing efforts.

When you access the JONO & JOHNO website after viewing an JONO & JOHNO advertisement on a Third Party website, the advertising company collects information on how you utilise the JONO & JOHNO website (eg which pages you view) and whether you complete an online application.

As a general rule, no personal information is collected by the Companies in this process. If, however, any information is automatically collected, these companies are required under their arrangements with JONO & JOHNO to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of that personal information. 

We may disclose the information collected by a Company, in an aggregate form only, to third parties including advertisers or potential advertisers. 

eMail marketing may be used via NETO to subscribe you to our promotional materials. In the case you have accepted or have been added to our marketing database we off opt-out options This opt-out is applicable to NETO tracking your current browser throughout NETO's network of websites, including the JONO & JOHNO website.
